@JulieStandrews @breezeline Post a link to the Reddit page! I never thought to check there. I couldn't believe when I wasted half my evening on hold over an hour and a half only to be told they were aware of the outage. Definitely going back to Spectrum whose service is super reliable.

@breezeline has nothing but complaints on it TL since it took over @WOW_WAY stay away from that crap. Customer service sucks. I'm telling you now. No one is calling you back.

@breezeline when are you going to tell your customers the truth. We have now been without our internet service last Thursday. Each time we have called to find out what is going on we get a difference response. Still no help from anyone!

OMG I hate that @WOW_WAY sold out to @breezeline the customer service is trash, they don't call back, you can't understand a 🤬 thing their saying. All they do is apologize & lie. I can't get anyone to fix my line. Wtf?

@TheRandallMoore @breezeline AT&T is bringing fiber into this area. When I switch I am calling my bank to cancel auto payments because I don’t trust your customer service to actually do it.

Well our Internet miraculously reappeared sometime today. No notification of outage, no notification of restoration, no reply back. I run several Airbnb rooms and my guests rely on your services to work remotely. @breezeline you definitely lost several customers after this one.

@breezeline is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. My service has been down for over 24 hours with no resolution in sight. The issue is on their end but they cannot fix it and cannot send anyone out until next Tuesday.

After a week of no Internet, broken promises of managers calling & horrible customer service @breezeline came & fixed our line. They don't know we switching to @GetSpectrum Monday. Just wanted them to do their 🤬job.

Wow! No cable tv or internet all day. Just got off live chat with Breezeline(formerly Atlantic Broadband). Told me areas of WVA and PA are down because a fiber optic cable was cut in a deliberate act of vandalism. 😳

@breezeline Your site said "might" be down until early evening. Early evening is quickly approaching. We deserve at least getting an update on why a cut line is taking eleven+ hours. Fiber isn't THAT complex unless this is way worse than just a cut line.

@breezeline funny how the outage is due to fiber lines being cut. Considering none of Uniontown has fiber optic internet. Maybe if you didn’t close the Uniontown office tech support could have solved the problems when it happened. #bringbackhelicon

I am so ******* sick of Breezeline. Could I go one day without a service interruption? Without random disconnects while I'm trying to do something? These ******* people are the worst. Go out of business. I don't know what we pay you for.
