Ingredients needed to make thisCrown Royal Winter Whisky co*cktail Vanilla Eggnog
- 2 oz Crown Vanilla
- 5 Egg Yolks
- ½ Cup of Sugar
- 1.5 cups of Milk
- 1.5 Cups of Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon of fresh nutmeg
Instructions for making thisCrown Royal Winter Whisky co*cktail Vanilla Eggnog
In a bowl, whisk together 5 Egg Yolks with ½ cup of sugar.In a pot, heat 1.5 cups milk, 1.5 cups heavy cream and 1 tsp. fresh grated nutmeg to a simmer.
Slowly whisky the hot milk into the egg mixture.Put the whole mixture back on the stove at medium heat and whisk for 5 minutes.Once all the ingredients are fully mixed, add 2 oz. of Crown Royal for every 4 oz. of eggnog.
