How do I return my Spectrum cable box? ›

Yes, you can return your Spectrum equipment to any Spectrum Store. You can also return your equipment by bringing it to a UPS Store during store hours. The UPS Store will take care of the rest. If you can't visit a UPS or Spectrum store, you can request a Home Shipment Return Kit by contacting Spectrum.

Secure the equipment with the packaging included in your shipping box. Place the prepaid return label over the original shipping label. Bring the packaged equipment to any U.S. Postal Service Office. Use the U.S. Postal Service Locator tool to find the nearest office to you.

UPS Return

You can easily return your old equipment by bringing it to any The UPS Store location. Advise The UPS Store center associate that you're returning Spectrum equipment, and they'll package and ship it to Spectrum at no cost to you. Remember to save your receipt for tracking purposes.
