Another fun video I helped work on with A HUGE Production to help recruit park rangers and maintenance staff. Spending a few days out with our field staff was a reminder about how amazing and skilled our crews are (and we had a lot of fun)! They do so much to keep our 12,000 acres clean, safe and open for the public to enjoy...It's pretty impressive! This was a super fun project to work on with A HUGE Production! If you have 6 minutes, check it out and see what the Snohomish County Parks Division has been up to. This was the first video project I managed behind the scenes from start to finish...I learned a lot through the process and it is so cool to see the final product. Looking forward to more video projects in the future!

I just completed the FEMA L0105 Basic Public Information Officer (PIO) course! I learned so much from the 3-day training, the amazing instructors, and my new PIO colleagues. Biggest takeaways for crisis communications - take the time to plan out/verify facts before messaging, phone a friend, and collaborate during a crisis!

A cool timelapse video of the Meadowdale Beach Park & Estuary Restoration Project we posted this week.
