This service is unacceptable. I’ve contacted BBB about your business practices and have yet to hear from anyone.

@Sup_Timus To cancel Breezeline, call their "Retention" department at 866-731-6393. They're not open 24/7, but when they are they actually respond in minutes -- rather than their usual hours.

Hey @breezeline ! I'm one of your paying customers and have been without internet for over two hours now! There's absolutely nowhere to report this by call, email, or your app! I can pay my bill early, I noticed. Is that what it'll take to get my service restored? :)

@breezeline Awful compared to WOW. Internet/wi-fi/cable go down at least twice a week. Customer service is useless they read a script and most times you can’t understand what they’re saying. Same prices as WOW—worse service ever.

@breezeline are you EVER going to fix your problem with @BallySportsCLE so those in the Cleveland market can watch @CleGuardians games? We need you to add entitlements for our region. It's half way through the season and we are still without and I've asked several times. Come on!

@breezeline @breezeline , customer service gave me an ETA OF 11:59 PM 7/21 for my internet to be restored. Time is 6:37 AM 7/22 and internet is still down. I am going to loose another day of work. This is unacceptable!!!!
