Wow! No cable tv or internet all day. Just got off live chat with Breezeline(formerly Atlantic Broadband). Told me areas of WVA and PA are down because a fiber optic cable was cut in a deliberate act of vandalism. š³

@breezeline Your site said "might" be down until early evening. Early evening is quickly approaching. We deserve at least getting an update on why a cut line is taking eleven+ hours. Fiber isn't THAT complex unless this is way worse than just a cut line.

@breezeline funny how the outage is due to fiber lines being cut. Considering none of Uniontown has fiber optic internet. Maybe if you didnāt close the Uniontown office tech support could have solved the problems when it happened. #bringbackhelicon

@2tallmountains breezeline sucks dog ****, they took over atlantic broadband so we have them now too and there's not a day that goes by where my service doesn't cut out even if only for a few minutes******* unreal how awful they are. I called their customer service line once. never again.

@DominionPostWV @breezeline Donāt subscribe ā¦ Stah with Comcast. Breezeline is horrible. It is my only choice of providers where I live. I have had them for almost 3 years. I lost track after 30 technician visits to my apartment for service issues I was averaging 2 visits a month the first year of service

Hey, @breezelineYour phone support is awful. We have spent weeks trying to get our invoice corrected. Have been on hold each time for over 40 minutes. I have never had service this bad from any provider. Also, our cable is freezing constantly. Wish WOW was back...

The 4g here is ******* useless (thanks Verizon you can ******* too) so I'm at the mercy of Breezeline for ******* everything and they let me down every single time. I'm not exaggerating. Every day it's something. Why do we pay you full time prices for a part time connection?

@breezeline Sent you a DM...we have called 3 times over 2 days...over 3 hours on hold. Each time it seems solved but then once we hang up a new issue arises .
