"I was kind of nervous going here because of all the bad reviews on Google Maps but I guess you really have to see it for yourself before you make assumptions. My experience was wonderful! There were no other applicants when we got there so the staff came up to us as we were going in. They were pretty accommodating and kind too. The only thing we were dreading during this trip was that we had to drive all the way here because apparently our state does not have an ASC Office. Regardless, kudos to the staff for making my biometrics appointment go smoothly.(We came on a Wednesday at 1-2 pm)"

"I and my husband went there for biometric appointment. It's about over 2h to get there and almost total 5h two ways. There was snow storm on the day of appointment in our area and everything was closed. When we found out the weather the day before appointment, we called USCIS to reschedule because of the weather and my husband's medical condition (he had a surgery a month ago and wearing a collar around his neck, it would be bad for him to be in a ride for long hours under such weather condition). However, USCIS said NO, they only reschedule if office is closed. We have already waited many years for green card, so we didn't want to miss this appointment which may result in deny of the whole application. Therefore, we decided to risk driving there despite the bad weather. When we arrived there, there weren't many people, the wait was short. After I finished my fingerprint and picture, I asked the lady who did my fingerprint if I could stay to help my husband to take off his collar so that he can take the picture. The lady said yes, so I stayed. Then another old lady who seems the one in charge saw me still there, asked why I was still there. I explained the situation to her, she told me that I shouldn't bring my husband here due to his medical condition and he shouldn't take off his collar. I told her that we tried to reschedule by calling USCIS and was not allowed to reschedule. She said no, you cannot reschedule, you guys have to come here and I will tell you to go back and come back after another two weeks. I told her that it's a long ride to get here, it's bad for my husband to be in such long ride. She just kept saying that my husband looks painful and I shouldn't have brought him here. First, my husband looked painful and uncomfortable was not because that he took off his collar, but because the long drive. Second, he only took off collar for less than 30s for picture, he would take off the collar for a few minutes during shower. Third, coming back again after two weeks wouldn't help at all, he won't be ready to get rid of the collar after two weeks, he was advised by doctor to keep the collar for 3 months. And another long drive after two weeks would just be another torture for him. We tried to reschedule and was told NO. USCIS didn't give us much options. Now it's our fault to show up at the scheduled appointment. Why they have to make this so difficult for us? Eventually, they took our fingerprints and pictures. During the whole process, I felt I was treated with condescension by this old lady. The lady who took fingerprint and the gentleman at reception were pretty nice."

"We visited to give our fingerprints for Canada and bear in mind that if you have a prior appointment, consider your job done in a breeze. Contrary to other prior reviews, we felt that the staff were polite, humorous and guided through the steps well throughout our appointment. There are restrooms and water fountains inside, with ample car parking outside."

"Very friendly and courteous staff. Everything very efficient, they get people thru pretty quickly. We saw Mr. Collins. He was very respectful and took the fear out of the entire interview process. He treated us with respect and dignity. I can't thank him enough for what he has done for us!"
