The staff member whom Idealt with was extremely rude and impolite. Went infor biometry, sat down while Iwas waiting for myturn. This lady comes upto meand very rudely asked meto remain standing since itis hard work for her tokeep the chair clean.I understand itis hard times and appreciate their need tokeep things clean but they should not berude topeople they are serving coz our taxes payyou.

I went for aninterview onFriday afternoon that Ihave todrive1.5hours toget here. Wegot there 20mins early and got checked invery quick.Mr. Espinola came out togreet and walk meto his office with nice smile and courtesy. Everything went fine for mypart but then helearned that mywife will have tocome back again onMonday morning for her interview, sohe offered meto talk tohis supervisor tohave mywife getting aninterview right after mine. Only 5mins after hecalled mywife in and had interview without having todrive back here again. There, that the service that you would never expected from government office. You have mytwo thumbsup! Very friendly and courteous staff. Everything very efficient, they get people thru pretty quickly. WesawMr. Collins. Hewas very respectful and took the fear out ofthe entire interview process. Hetreated uswith respect and dignity. Ican't thank him enough for what hehas done forus!

I was there with anappointment for expedited Advance Parole request asmy grandpa passed away and myparents wanted totravel toIndia ASAP. Gentleman atthe window didn't bother understanding our situation, was rude and came prepared tosayNO. When Iasked for areason, hesaid it's asper Louisville office discretion and prima facie they can't very verify ifthe person travelling has committed any crime.1. Ifa person has committed any crime, they won't come for permission toleave but justLeave…just saying2. Nowhere onUSCIS website itsays about local USCIS offices can decline expedited applications because they have their own rules. USCIS isa government agency and must act based onsaid rules defined ontheir website. What's the point ofemergency appointments when you are not even ready tohear. Ijust hope they are more sensitive about these delicate situations and not berude. Andyes, wehad all the papers and evidence for death.

WHEN ITRIED TOCALL THE FEDERAL BLDG TOVERIFY WHERE TOTAKE MYFRIEND FOR HER FINGER PRINTING, THE GIRL ANSWERING THE PHONE DID NOT KNOW ADDRESS NOR PHONE NUMBER!!!!!!! THEN IFOUND ANOTHER PHONE NUMBER AND YOU HAD TOGO THROUGH SOOOO MANY AUTOMATED MESSAGES, AND IFTHAT WASN'T ENOUGH ITWAS GETTING TIME FOR THEM TOCLOSE!!!!!!! PEOPLE NEED TOREALISE NOT EVERYONE ISCOMPUTER SAVEY....... NOR CAN THEY MUDDLE THROUGH ALL EXTENSIVE RATTLING ONOF INSTRUCTIONS…

Very friendly, professional, and quick staff! The whole appointment took about 15minutes only. Make sure you bring the appointment notice letter with you and the old work permit ifyou haveone.
